We request that all submissions to our Agency come via email at submission@dktalent.net or Complete the form below

If you prefer to send postal please mail your submission into the office at:
DK Model and Talent Agency 3895 Tampa Road, Suite E, Oldsmar, Florida 34677.

We ask that you submit 2 to 3 snap shots, comp card and/or headshot with resume and contact information, including an email address and residents location.

Babies/Toddlers: We accept infants starting at the age of 5 months and sitting up on thier own to 4 years of age. At this age professional pictures are not required but recommended.

Children 5 years to Adults must have professional pictures. It is a requirement that comp cards and/or headshots be obtained if representation is offered.
